This update use now the new webservice (SOAP) proposed by the europa site (homepage for checking the VAT number type by customers when they create their count in the shop.

Now, the verification use SOAP protocol via nusoap.php class file (Dietrich Ayala) included in this package.
It is more secure and "clean".
