CVV for osCommerce MR2.
Not tested on earlier versions.
I wrote this contribution as the other CVV contributions don't work with MR2, this does. It may not work with whatever else the core developers do to MR3,4,5, etc.
Top 4 Download periodically updates information of CVV for osC MR2 1.0 script from the developer, but some information may be slightly out-of-date.
