A commission is applied on the fianal amount according to the payment mode choosen.
So you could get for example 2% of commission if the credit card is choosen as the payment mode.
The default is set to cc (credit card). Normally you can discover the payment type from the name of the payment class file.
So Cash on Delivery is in cod.php and the class name is cod etc...
