Default install shows an example of the United States with 3 regions and 3 table:
1. Continental 48 states with:
(a) UPS Ground, (b) UPS Second Day, and (c) UPS Next Day
2. Alaska and Hawaii with:
(a) UPS Second Day and (b) UPS Next day
3. APO/FPO regions with:
(a) USPS Ground
