The Priority and Next Day shipping allow a user to charge for a Priority Shipping and Next Day shipping of a product.
Basically I copied the flat.php then made modifications. I read this is a thread but cannot locat the thread at this time.
Add these files to their appropriate locations. includes/modules/shipping and includes/languages/english/modules/shipping
