eSurvey

This script allows you to survey your clients or employees to improve your service or relationships. eSurvey is an online Survey Manager written in CGI/Perl.

It helps you create and manage as many online Surveys as you like, giving you complete control over the look, feel and functionality of each Survey.

Data and tallies are presented in an easy to read format and can also be exported. Redirect Users to custom Thank you pages and Auto-respond via email with personalized, customized messages including the User's score, percentile and associated remark giving the User an immediate, automated assessment or evaluation.
