To achieve this, three new sub-menu items are added to the admin/comments screen; "approved", "disapproved" and "not yet moderated". The users with appropriate permissions can use these pages to perform various actions like approval, disapproval, removal or editing.
Installation
Unpack in your modules folder (usually /sites/all/modules/) and enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
