Seems silly, but I would have love if someone had done it before, so I wouln't have to do it.
It is just a html page with all osCommerce styles applied in spans, TR, TD and tables. This way you can preview the look locally before uploading.
Saves a bit of time, I guess.
Top 4 Download periodically updates information of All CSS Styles script from the developer, but some information may be slightly out-of-date.
