The quotes are stored in the MySQL database.
You can specify an image for each quote, deafult image for quotes, and the option to disable images all together.
Installation
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
