This module extends on the features of the Mailman Manager module.
Installation
Unpack in your modules folder (usually /sites/all/modules/) and enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
Key features "User mailman register":
· Completely invisible to the end-user, because the mail processing step is not needed
· Immediate, because it's an http request.
· Correctly syncronized with mailman.
· More customizable, because the user options in the mailman administration page are,or can be, integrated.
· Choose what lists and from who can be subscribed.
· Customize subscription form choices.
· Show subscriptions in the registration form of new user.
· Retrive the user mail address realname from Profile fields.
· Set a subscription as required.
