It adds the current score and the voting button at the end of each comment.
The score is also displayed in the comments RSS feed and in the admin area.
The plugin uses AJAX to process the votes and has several methods to prevent cheating (multiple consecutive votes). It also can display the top rated comments in the sidebar by using template tag or widget.
Installation
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
