SMC Shiping by Percentage

This module handles shipping by percentage or flat rate. Currently, it is configured to work with SMC's shipping methods. Contains a SQL script to create the ShippingZone table. Allows you to setup zones 2-8 with a variety of price groups and either a flat rate or a percentage of the total order to be used as shipping. Currently supports only US territories.

the package have no instruction. I had to learn hard way. I found out how to do that. I thought I want to share with you. - unzip the smc shipping
- upload 2 smc.php from package where it specific to
- include/language/module/shipping 
- include/module/shipping/
- go to domain.com/cpanel then click mysql and click myphpadmin it will open new window.
- click osc1 then click sql
- then you have to click browse and find shipzonecode.sql
- log in your admin -> module -> shipping
- click freight rate. adjust upon your desire charge for customers.
Tip to make it work for shipping. 92.99:10.00,999999:10% because if you only put 92.99:10.00, 93:10% it will only allow customers order up to 93 dollars.. so make it 999,999 so it is unlimited for customers to order.
