It will do the same for the Total, per item.
The default currency values shown DO NOT INCLUDE TAX. It should be simple to modify so that they do, if you want.
Note that the screenshot included with this package is from my client's system which has had the Tax columns removed (not required).
This contribution was installed and works on 2.2MS2. I have no idea if it works on any earlier versions or snapshots. If you get it working with another version, please post at the support forum.

Note that if you are using a language other than English in your admin, you will need to edit the language file of orders.php in that language.
