php Download Manager

php Download Manager is a script package written in php with a MySQL back-end. The script allows site owners to offer downloads by category.

The program generates code to link to categories or individual downloads. When a visitor downloads, the file location is masked.

MySQL generates the actual download.

Features of the script package include:

- The program generates the links for your downloads.
- Visitors do not see the location of the file on your server.
- Allows immediate downloads or email the download link.
Administrator may allow visitors to browse all of the categories or may provide a link to one category or a single download.

The Administrator may also allow the visitor to download immediately or enter their name and email to receive a download link by email.

In the case of the later, the system saves the visitor's email. name and file downloaded for later review in the Administration Center. Easy set up, easy use and best of all free!
