This is a combination of the official osCommerce-PayPal-IPN payment module (by Mark Evans and Harald Ponce de Leon) with the PayPalFeeCharge 2.0 module (by Hans Zimniak and davide.duca). It is not really something new, but just a combination of this two contributions.
Important: The fee is only added, if you choose "Aggregate" as the transaction type. If each product is passed to PayPal, no fee is added.
Top 4 Download periodically updates information of PayPal IPN with fee script from the developer, but some information may be slightly out-of-date.
