OSC Links 1.1 Description

A basic links engine, which allows for users to add links to their site. A random link is selected from the database, and displayed in the left / right column. All links added this way are to inactive pending approval, Links can be managed via the admin interface. Currently no category support, so all links are displayed together, listed in order of most recent first
