- Continuous leave : The application and submission of continuous leave dates(range of days) can be performed.
- Days off definition: Specification of the weekends and specific holidays simplifies calculations of continuous leave.
- Leave assignment: HR administrators and supervisors can assign leave to the employees.
- Mail notifications: Mail notifications for supervisors and subordinates, after performing leave related operations.
- Supervisor will receive mail notifications when ESS user applies for or cancels the leave
- Employee will receive mail notification when the supervisor approves or rejects the leave;
- HR administrators have the opportunity to configure the mail notifications, to receive the leave related correspondence, sent between employees and their supervisors.

- Modified Employee list: Informative Employee list provides more information at one glance on the summary. The search of the list by various criteria has also been implemented.
- User defined employee IDs: The HR-Admin can specify the employee ID without using an ID created by the system.
- Employee leave summary: Now the HR administrators can view and edit all the leave summary information through one screen.
