OpenFluo Description

It can quickly process data and to visualize changes in fluorescence; or it can be used to complete multiple analyses of the data obtained in several experiments.

Different spatial and temporal filters, as well as correction for bleaching can be applied. The outputs consist in fluorescence time curves, activity maps and false-color neural activity movies.

Requirements:

· MATLAB 7.6 or higher
· MATLAB's Image Processing Toolbox
