It does calculate the shipping cost (within Japan) for Nippon Express (Pelican) carrier.
It might work for the current MS2.2 as well, but I have not test it.
How to install?
Everything is in a folder and the name of the folder is telling you in which folder on the catalog side you have to place each file.
You do not have to change any existing files.
How to use it?
To use it, go to ADMIN and activate the shipping module, make the choices and of you go.
Language?
Multilingual, according to OSC. included is English and Japanese (EUC).
