Live BlogRoll uses internal caching for feed discovery and WordPress caching for RSS feeds to make sure everything is smooth for the user.
Installation
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
