You will need to make sure you have the LinkPoint Connect option enabled. Log into Linkpoint Central, click on customization at the top, scroll down, there should be an option named configure Linkpoint Connect.
If not you will need to contact their sales department to have the option added. Normally there is no additional fee to have thto have t added.
