GRxmlEDIT is a PHP based web application designed to make the manual creation of XML and RSS files easier. Its easy to use web form allows you to add a node with children, ans set their content.
You can set the names of each element (nodes and children). The user end interface has text boxes in which you can set what you wish for the content of the new node to be.
When submit is clicked the program will append or prepend the info to the xml document. This allows for a manual XML file to be created or a manual RSS file to be maintained without the effort of editing straight XML.
The append and prepend functions allow for a new node to be added always above a selected marker which will create a descending list, or below a selected marker which will create a ascending list, respectively. (just trust me on that one).
