Duplicate Emails Order Number In Subject

Added the Order Number to the email subject header.

Send the shop owner all emails that are sent to the customer.

Activate the duplicate email for ordersThere are three things done in this documentation:-

1. To add the Order Number to the email subject header.
This change will insert the text " #nnnn" (where nnnn = order number) in to the subject of the email, this applies to the Original Order email AND all following updates to the order.

2. To send to the shop owner all emails that are sent to the customer.
This change will send an extra email to email.uk for Account creations and Orders etc. This then allows you to file this copy and know for certain that the email went out.

3. Activate the duplicate email for orders
This is not necessary if you have implemented 2 above and will need to be switched off if you have, unless of course you want extra copies of the same email.
