Rather than just the email form, it contains the full postal address, telephone, fax and email link
Improvements:
- corrected tabing order in the e-mail form
- moved e-mail form to the right side of business information.
- added COUNTRY field to the Address data
- added Hours Of Business section to the information
- added toll-free information line
It should work on replacing any contact_us.php that has a stamp of:
$Id: contact_us.php,v 1.35 2002/07/21 23:38:57 hpdl Exp $
