Average Customer Rating 1.0 Description

This version v1.0 is now displaying only the Average Customer Rating for this language which the rating was written for.

It has included german and english translation. It comes out with two styles but can be easily modidied.

I modified this contribution which was written Darren Grant in the first version Average Customer Rating 0.9 because this version did not recognize to seperate reviews by language.
